How far ahead should I book?

Most of my projects are booked 1 to 2 months in advance OR if you have a specific/ earlier launch date in mind, just let me know via email and I'll help you out! We'll set the pace that suits you for this project!

Do I work with International clients?

Yes! I am open to working with clients are that are based all over the world. I'll accommodate different time zones, and I accept payments through PayPal and Wise to make it easy-breezy.

Question 3

How will communication work?

All communication will happen through email. However, if you ever have any follow-up questions, I can decide if I can answer them quickly via email, or if we need to schedule another call. This keeps everything organised, clear and easy to revisit throughout the project. It also lets us move at a steady pace!

What do I need to prepare before we start?

Any inspiration, references, brand preferences, copy and ideas you already have would be awesome! Do not stress if you are unsure. The questionnaire will guide you through everything for a clearer vision :)

What files will I receive?

Accepted Answer

You will receive all final files in the formats you need for print and web. This usually includes PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG or EPS for vector work, and outlined Ai for packaging work.

What about rush projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when I have room in my schedule. Rush projects come with an added fee. Just let me know your timeline and I will let you know what’s available.

Question 7

Would there be any additional costs?

Possibly, but they won’t come from me. You may need to purchase font licenses, stock imagery, or creative software subscriptions.

What is expected of me as the client?

All I need from you is availability and good vibes! Your timely feedback and communication throughout the process will be valuable so we don’t stall the flow. You’ll also need to complete the pre-project questionnaire and submit all materials in advance.

Before we start, I always do a deep dive into your brand. I use this information so that my designs are both functional and strategic, not just aesthetic.

Align on the Vision & Creative Direction First

I develop 1-2 creative direction concepts that visually represent your brand’s personality & purpose. This removes any guesswork and moves us into the drafting stage with clarity.

Testing, Testing One Two...Any Thoughts?

The drafting stage builds on top of the chosen concept and your initial feedback. For each draft, you’ll get a walkthrough of my design decisions. Then, you provide your honest thoughts & approvals!

Just to Be Sure... Designs Always Approved by You :)

After multiple rounds of revision—with drafts, discussions and feedback for each one—you still get a final approval stage to make sure the end deliverables are exactly what you’re looking for.
